What is the difference between Facility Fusion and World Workplace?

Facility Fusion is intentionally designed as a smaller, more immersive experience focused on hands-on learning, leadership development, and building meaningful relationships with peers, speakers, and IFMA leaders. It prioritizes depth, interaction, and strategic conversations that continue well beyond the event itself.

In contrast, World Workplace is IFMA’s largest conference, bringing together the full scale of the facility management profession. It offers broad exposure to a wide range of sessions, products, and perspectives, delivering high energy and a comprehensive view of what’s happening across the industry.

Both events deliver significant value — the difference comes down to your goals. If you’re looking for an intimate, close-knit setting that supports deeper networking, interactive learning, and personal growth, Facility Fusion is the right fit. If you want to explore the breadth of the profession and engage with the industry at scale, World Workplace provides that expansive experience.
